I am so glad that the actual spelling is 'furiously'. I would hate to see it be mutilated for the sake of adding 'fur', like 'Confurence' or (shudder) 'infurno'.
With that being said, the term 'paw off' might be the best thing to come from the fandumb, as Skunkers pointed out before... but no, I don't paw off to atrocities.
Just because someone doesn't like bagels doesn't mean they support the Holocaust, and likewise just because someone might not be fond of females doesn't mean they masturbate to just any disgusting guy. |

The same reason why people can't help but look at train wrecks, car accidents, and the links on rotten.com. Morbid curiousity. You know you shouldn't click on it, and you know your eyes will hate you for clicking on it, but you simply cannot stand not knowing for yourself.
How could "furiously" be furrified? Furryously? Furriously? I guess one of those might work...
How about keeping the spelling but instead of pronouncing the fur as "fyour", pronouce it as "fur"? |
