Found these in the /a/ section of Fchan a number of weeks ago. Not sure if these count as furry but apparently anything even slightly "anthro" is a source of jerkoff material for furries.

Burn it! BURN IT! Send the ASHES to HELL!
Was this person playing HALO and decided the aliens looked really hot? |

I think there's a reason Bungie didn't put strategically-placed-hatches on the Elites' armor, or give the Hunters a humongous wang.
But for the Alien pictures, that's not too far beyond par for the course for H.R. Giger. |

If there is one thing that the atrocity archive and the internet has taught me, is that anything can become porn.
Regardless of subject matter or sanctity.
oh... And hell is too good of a (fictional) place for the porn to reside,
let it go back to the abyss for which it came from. |

At least from the brief look i got, most of the elite pics didn't seem to have some wildly imaginitive painfull far out alien penis. That's what i was expecting, mainly because before i even clicked on the pictures i knew they were going to be gay. |

Well I doubt Fuzzyroo (the naked shmuck in SkunkDog's avatar) himself would join CYD, but still it's easy to associate the avatar's gender with with the one using it. So Captain Cowgirl, do you really look like a collie (or is it a sheltie, I'm not sure)? |

A Collie/Austrailian shepherd mix (I know, oddly specific!)...I'm not really sure if I look like one, but she represents me...my alter-ego...or, if you must, 'fursona'.
Oh god, I can't believe I just used that word. |

Actually, she just talks like a young boy. I've been told I seem like a dude online, but I don't do a lot of the weird things women do. I'm like a female mysogenist. |

I actually do look like a plastic child's Farmer Brown toy. And were we to meet, I would look you straight in the eye and say, "The cow goes mooooooo."
Shudder. Fursona. I once had one of those, ages ago, before I knew of furry. Fortunately, I outgrew it once I reached puberty. A while back, my best friend had it cameo in his webcomic. It got skewered in a random lightsabre accident. That's the best gift one can ever give: fursona murder.
No, it wasn't Bob. Bob is a character of mine, but not a fursona. The difference being that you can have a character that you use often, but is not "Me but these visual changes".
Don't forget the general assumtion that everyone you meet on the internet is male, unless compelling evidence to the contrary emerges.
Doubly when furries are involved. Actually, I do wonder if the breakdown here is more balanced than mucks, usegroups, etc. |

Guys, I've seen threads on far more easy-going forums get locked for building a quote pyramid. Might want to reconsider your construction plans. |

We've deviated from the topic so far that locking wouldn't be that much of a biggie. Okay. Halo porn. What's left? Has the mandatory vgcats links been done yet? They have now? Good. |

People thinking I'm man
i knew you did >:D
Actually, she just talks like a young boy
That's why I'm still single, haha.. *snort*
Everyone assumes I'm a guy <_< even without creepy kangaroo-boy icon from hell. I wish my current stalkers would mistaken me for a guy *shrug* I think that's why I behave quite.. male in the internets :D People tend to get stalkerish after me.
Now you got explanation for my male-ness, BACK TO THE TOPIC 8D!
LOL! Acid semen would be.. interesting xD Gawd, I fear that some furry just read that and thought "hmm.. not a bad idea" and does a horrid torture-porn now. |

People tend to get stalkerish after anybody whom they suspect has two X chromosomes, or something close to that. I once knew a guy who used pictures of an ex-girlfriend to pretend to be female for the purposes of cam-whoring. It worked a little too well. |

I pretty much figure everyone looks like their avatars. Ahh, the power of association! :P I guess that makes me a sickly weak, blood drinking, giant key toting, bandage wraped, artificial girl with mercury based blood. And not a 250 lb. 6'2" white guy with an afro. - Woohoo!? (My avatar is a result of playing video games too much.)
Why is it that:
In a forum, people are shocked someone is female.
And on an instant messenger, people are shocked someone is a man? |

I'm not sure. I'm personally more shocked on AIM when someone is a woman. I guess that in all my past message board experiences, there've been more chix than dix. But man, CYD...is like a sausage fest! |

If you've played a handful of the million fps's that came out in the last 2 years, you've basically played it. It's %100 non innovative run of the mill run and gun fps. They're kindof all seeming like that now. The last fps that REALLy impressed me was still halflife1, even HL2 was kindof a dissapointment. |

Plus the main character is clearly overcompensating for something. Yeah, we get it, Master Chief. You're a "badass". Manufactured to be 100% hardcore. You can stop waving your penis around now. |

Ditto, and just about ever kid in my school was a religious RvsB fan, with the Master Chief toys and whatnot. I can only assume Halo is heroine laced. Then again, look at the popularity of Counterstirke. Innovation might be a nice sounding sales pitch, but gamers don't like it. After all, that means you have to change your habits from the Duke Nukem formula.
Sad really, were a game with gameplay like every other reigns and really innovative ones like Homeworld or whatnot are not given the credit they deserve. |

Halo1 had an okay gameflow and the story was mediocre, thats enough for an FPS on a console to reach cult status (considering the alternatives and the fact that it had online multiplayer playability back then).
Even though it's based on the Halo game Red versus Blue is a Machinima that stands for itself (and is pretty funny).
If you're looking for an innovative FPS: Deus Ex (part one) was a step in the right direction. (But you know the industry... one step forward, two steps back, so ignore Deus Ex 2)
My 2 cents. |

I have played Halo only because I got it with the console :D
I bought Hell-box (yes, X-box) only because all the oddworld-team games are going for it. I love Oddworld-team games <3
They published The oddworld strangers wrath to it, which was extremely good and enjoyable game, but Munc's odyssee sucked.. the story was good thought..
...
Abe's odyssee, and exoduss(for playstation) are the best games in existence. DO NOT ARGUE AGAINST IT! Or I will yell "fursecution" and internet-kill myself
Anyway.. yes. Halo sucked, but was good enough for playing it trought once.. and getting it for free.. |

How much plot can you squeeze into 'bang bang, your dead'? Even 'good' stories like those in Syphon Filter and MGS were so for not insulting your intellegence moreso than for brilliant plot and character development. Put any FPS storyline into movie form, and the VERY BEST you can achieve is a sub-par Bond movie. Hence why all the really good FPS seem to leech a story from books or other media created without ever conceiving that a game would bare the same name.
I'm honestly shocked 'Triple X' was never FPS-a-tized. |

As I said, Deus Ex wasn't that bad...
They hurled enough conspiracy theories at you in that game to fill a season of the X-files. System Shock 1&2 were good, too.
I'm just noticing that those examples fall under the FPS/RPG hybrid category and were made by Warren Spector.
God, MGS had such a retarded story... But like with a classic western or an 80's action movie, the story HAS to be retarded sometimes.
I'm predicting slightly smarter games this winter and next year as Farenheit seems to ring in an adventure renesaince, hope it rubs off to the FirstPersonShooters. |

With giant robots, cyborg ninjas and whatnot, it was more like an Anime film... ugh. |

Deus Ex did kick major ass, it didn't focus on 'bang bang you're dead.' The game had one hell of a difficulty without just 'BOTS R SHOT YOU.' But what do I know, I'm just a UT2004 freak. :) |

I think we're all forgetting about DOOM-3
Now that was a game to remember.
I got a free copy of Deus x when I ordered a computer from Dell, along with Half-Life, Unreal Tournament and some other car racing game. At the time they were all the latest games.
Deus x was pretty wild.
Thought Half-Life needed more action. It was kind of dull.
And if anyone else remembers, what the hell was up with that giant baby thing at the end?
Since I played the first Unreal Tournament, I've bought everyone that's come out. I cant get enough of running around shooting people and blowing them into chunks of torso for no other reason than just because.
Come to think of it, has anyone seen any DOOM porn? |

Frog blast the vent core!
It's sad that Bungie made good story-heavy games back when most plots were "You're inside a nazi castle," and now that some good stories are finally coming out, Bungie isn't. And now people think that story-intensive FPSs are something that wasn't made over a decade ago.
But I'm still of the faction that believes that Halo is part of the Marathon timeline (Albeit at a different location, and much less story given the lack of text terminals), or Pathways into Darkness 5. |

Nice Dark Ritual avatar you got there.
I shudder to think that there might be Magic porn out there.
Fortunately the closest thing I ever saw was Ink-Eyes fan fiction that a poster at MiseTings wrote as a joke/troll he was a furry and he does have a thing for Ink-Eyes but fortunately had the restraint not to write anything really sexual. He had some invisitext in there that showed it was a joke.
I more or less know it was a troll because virtually everything relating to him being a furry is a troll, Another poster started a I hate furries thread way the hell back when and outed him. He had never brought the subject up before and at first he played the not all furries are perverts card, that is until the guy who started the thread googled his screen name which happened to be the name of his Roleplay character and found a very detailed description of it's appearance (some sort of black and white female dragon thing) complete with a detailed description of the genitalia.
From that point forward he just trolled the fuck out of that forum. |

So your name DOES have something to do with bungie!
I just thought you were called bob..
Not like, "The bob says 'I'M OUT OF AMMO!' and you shoot him".
Also, it definatly is, ESPECIALLY with the fact that Cortana went partially rampant..
Goes into the halo system archives purple, and happy..
Comes out green and angry.
And now she's hanging out with Cthulu whatever..
Can you say "Going rampant?" |

I've only played Halo because my cousin has an Xbox. Personally I think the game was mediocre and repetative and certainly no incentive to own an Xbox. Heck even Unreal 2 was better (and that's saying alot).
Cue MonicaKitty to chirp in and defend the game. |

Actually, it wasn't meant to be a Marathon reference. And my real name isn't Bob. But it has become a handle of sorts, and is quite un-google-able. It's a rather dull story involving not wanting to become an e-lebrity with drama.
Although it is tempting to change my sig to "Aaaah! They're everywhere!" |

Anime rule #145: The younger a boss/enemy/villain is, the more powerful it is. There the grand alien overmind would obviously be a giant fetus floating in a massive alien womb. |

I was going to go into how Nihlanth (the 'giant baby thing') was some kind of otherworld entity that had enslaved the creatures of Xen, and that there's a bunch of story tie-in stuff in HL2, etc, etc....erm...but then everyone would realize what a colassal dork I am. 8) |

Well I know there's HL porn out there... was searching sites on Half life and was sent to a few sites and one where Gordon was making love to one of thsoe alien slaves... the ones that toss green lightning... except they were tossing green jizz into gordon's face. I'd post the link but I really don't want to see that stuff ever again.
I wish someone would explain that wierd government guy that reminds of the smoker from the X-FILES. |

If the metroid prime series were really considered FPS's they would be the best ever. I haven't been amazingly impressed with a fps since halflife 1, i still say it's the best one. But IMO
FPA>>>>>>>>>>FPS
However metroid prime hunters will be a fps, i'm REALLY looking forward to it, looks amazing. |

FPA
FPA? First person arcade? First person Atari? Fap? What?
Truth be told, I prefer the console third person games. Sly Cooper. Ratchet and Clank. Blood Will Tell. Legacy of Kain. Megaman Legends.
Touching the topic again, Megaman Legends porn is scary. It makes furries look normal. But it's rather amusing, on second thought. Especially given Servbot #20. |

fpa = first person adventure
A fpa usually does not have a free look system, it usually has some sort of lock on targeting system cuz the emphasis isn't on blowing shit up, usually they revolve around exploration, puzzles and story.
metroid prime hunters is fully a fps due to the control scheme, it still has all the adventure elements fo the other metroids supposedly. |

You do, everyone else calls them fpa's. I've never seen a game with a fp perspective classified as a strait platformer. I'm pretty sure the other 2d troid games are classified as adventure by most media sites. I could be wrong though but almost all of them classify the prime series as fpa, it seems very fitting to me. |

I never hear anyone use the term "first person adventure" and I'm getting my degree in game design.
2D Metroid games = Platformer
Metroid Prime games = 3D Platformer with First Person Perstive or just plain FPS
An "adventure" game is a game that focueses on inventory management, exploration and puzzle solving. I'm talking about Colossal Cave, Monkey Island, Myst, Grim Fandango and Leisure Suit Larry. Metroid is more about item collecting and shooting aliens, always has been. It's not an "adventure" game. Resident Evil and Eternal Darkness are more of "adventure" games than Metroid. I'm contect to call Metroid Prime a FPS or 3D Platformer. |

This first-person action adventure game is filled with so much detail, style, and originality that literally every gamer should play it.
It's not a first-person shooter. Metroid Prime doesn't play like any other game that's come before it, and it emphasizes exploration and investigation at least as much as pure action
Genre: Action Adventure
3D first-person adventure game with third-person elements
First, know that it's not an FPS
Genre: Adventure
Game Type: Action/Adventure
I need to address something important before getting stuck into the meat of the review. Metroid Prime is absolutely not a first-person shooter.
If you're expecting a Quake/Unreal-type action experience, you're in for a shock. Barreling into a new room with guns blazing is possible, but there's so much more to the game than simply gunning down everything in sight. Metroid Prime is an exploration game with excellent platformer overtones
I could go on, it's an adventure game in a fp perspective = fpa
You probably don't hear the term much cuz it's one of the few that are out there. pretty much all fp games revolve around nothing more than blasting shit, in prime that is far from the main focus.
Speaking of samus, wheres the furry samus vore metroid porn? I know theres a furry samus getting fucked somewhere. |
