I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even have a dictionary. Besides, where would one begin to search for a word?

This... Story for lack of a better word... is obviously written by someone who has english as a second language. The word choice is high school at best, and I attribute most of the two dollar words to babelfish or some other word-for-word tranlation. The grammar is not only atrocious, but has many of the earmarks of a previous language shoehorned into english, as opposed to simple grammar mistakes.

Especially in the example you point out: Take two small (often with greek roots, but sometimes a mess of greek and latin roots) words, and glue them together is practically a japanese trademark. Walkman. Playstation. GameBoy. Pocket Monster. Liquid Fire.

Now that I've actually bothered to skim over the travesty in order to verify my opinions, I'm going to have to read a good book or some other anglo-american product with strong, evocative diction and phrases that use the language as a brush, not a hammer. I was more disturbed by the engrish than the images.
