I particularly like the exclamation of "for the love of darkness." Oooh... deep. Sandman deep.

If there was anyone truly in need of a time-out, it's this fellow. First off, he retreats to a public stairwell to escape people. But, then gets outraged when people have the audacity to use his little cubby hole away from the world. Second, he feels compelled to comment on how loathsome everyone's choices of conversations and music are. Granted, when walking through a shopping mall or grocery store, I hear some pretty inane conversations. But, what can you do? I see it as amusing. To him, obviously, the world should conform to his view of what an interesting conversation is comprised of... stuff like "for the love of darkness."

Which brings us to the whole music thing... oh, how cruel and cold the world is. When will these ignorant hy00mans learn that majority rules is not the way to go.. that catering to the one or two people in a group is the way to truly make everyone happy. The key is that the majority just needs to learn to get in line with the likes and dislikes of the minority.

Just one of a million angsty youngsters that think they're deep and have the market cornered on sensibility simply because they don't see eye-to-eye with the world in general. Shit happens, junior, learn to deal, or just freakin' kill yourself already and decrease the surplus population. Maybe all of the hy00mans are so ignorant because they're not getting enough oxygen, cuz brooding little Sandman wanna-be's are using it all up flapping your gums at how mean the world is.

I used to be a little like this guy, and I learned there's two things you can do... you can let the world beat you down with the games it plays.. or you can learn to beat the world at its own game.

And actually, I can understand why CD-players would not be allowed whereas radios would be. I don't know if this fellow is in high-school or college, but, for one, personal headsets mean the instructor would have to take more time to get everyone's attention if someone has theirs up too loud. Plus, someone's death metal cranked up to where everyone around them is hearing this tinny progression of beats can be more annoying... like mosquito-in-your-ear-when-you're-trying-to-sleep annoying than if they were even playing polka. Plus, they don't want to have to deal with it during testing. I allowed folks to listen to stuff during labs when I taught geology... but some tried to use them during tests. How can I know if it's Snoop Doggy Dog or an audio cheat sheet?

So you can't listen to your own stuff. Big whoop... ask if you can bring earplugs.

Oh, parents are so mean because they try to use the fact that they've been alive 2 or 3 times longer than you to suggest you might not know everything and they want you to do CHORES instead of sitting around listening to Drowning Pool and watching Invader Zim. Of course, his ancient dragon spirit has been around for millennia, and is so much wiser than any hy00man.

Hy00mans are freakishly ugly, loud, obnoxious hippies... My dragon/wolf spirit is so much better because it's above labeling people or being judgemental.

I wonder if the "fools" that caused him to lose his internet were his parents taking it away because all he does is piss and moan and read Sandman comics instead of helping with the dishes, mowing the lawn, and not being an asshole.

People don't like talking to me. Obviously it's not because I'm an obnoxious twat. It's clearly because they can't keep up with my IMMENSE POWERS OF INSIGHT ON THE HUMAN CONDITION or they don't like it when I call them freakish hippies or bitch about their daring to hold a conversation in public or something.

I'd post more, but one can only slog through so much poorly-drawn angsty crap before it becomes like a broken record.

Okay, if these little "artwerks" are this freaking sad, I have to warn people, I have a tendancy to punch my screen in when I see something totally ugh.

Are these pictures made by a drama queen in angst mode? If so, please tell me. this screen is expensive and I don't want to put another dent in it.

The thing is "oldies" is the roots of all the shit he listens to, he probably doesnt even realize that.

I hate most rap and modern R&B

but motown was amazing..most of those motown hits were from 1 band - The Funk Brothers. They wrote and played most of the music for all those motown singers. So techincally The Funk Brothers have had probably more #1 hits than anyone in the history of music. ever.

But as for the rest of the shit..I really don't even feel like looking thru

I think you can rest assured that this is angst doodling.... revenge art against the world, if you will. I think this guy... this HY00MAN guy... is just putting his angst on paper, rather than trying to genuinely produce art. So, I'd say spare your monitor... punch a pillow, or a furry... both are about as soft, though the pillow would definitely be cleaner.

Basically, this guy seems like he's just pissed that the world doesn't go the way he wants it to. He probably thinks himself to be very open-minded, but, in typical furry fashion.. only when it's stuff he's willing to be open-minded about. Step on his toes, and it's a different story.

And as far as the music thing, that's just more of his self-centeredness. Majority rules may not be fun, but, let's face it, you gotta learn to deal with it. The rap I can kind of understand. I don't hate it, but I don't care for it, either.. although I did, admittedly, buy the single for Gangsta's Paradise. But I'd have been just as happy with an instrumental version of that. Although, I like Linkin Park, which you could probably class as grunge rap or something. Anyway, his animosity towards the oldies really mystifies me. Okay, I can understand not everyone likes them... but to suggest folks go off and die because he has to listen to oldies is just bewildering.

I also love the claim that he loves all types of music... except rap.. country.. some oldies.. hip hop.. pop... Oh wahhh.... someone's turning a decent buck at doing something that the general populace listens to. They're so commercialized and eeeeevviiiiillllllll. Not like NIN and Drowning Pool or such... no... they were forced at gunpoint to release commercialized CDs and do music for movies and video games. If THA MAN hadn't forced them to sell out, they'd have stayed garage bands, and therefore they are superior to the stuff they play on pop radio. If frat boys across the nation started listening to NIN, he'd probaby feel compelled to burn his CDs in protest.

I can understand liking some music and having a distaste for others... but the whole "music snob" thing always eluded me.
