Firet get an IRC client thingy like mIRC or whatever. Then set it to connect to irc.esper.net. THen either type #cyd into the box or, alternitavely, in the chat box line thing just type /join #cyd

You should host some IRC thing off CYD, and have something that lets you connect directly to the room without having to download a IRC client.. cause people are lazy like that.

Yes, something like what PoE has would be great. It would save the less geeky among us from having to download and install IRC, especially since most prefer IM clients instead.
