Found it off the Portal of Evil. It's a site where you can marry your favorite character from a show, movie, game, comic, etc and get a certificate or something.

So many people are married to Sephiroth... Interestingly enough there is selection of characters from Animaniacs, but only Yakko, Wakko and Dot. Members however can add new categories and characters. Any guess as to who might like a service such as this?

Marry Your Favorite Character is a site where you can virtually marry the character or personality of your dreams ;)! This is also a very good way to show your love to a certain character, actor or personality

It's also a good way to show you've got a somewhat strained relationship with reality... or at least a very sophomoric sense of humour.
