host are direct attacks on REAL LIVING PEOPLE. You know it, you run the site
as such, so get off that bullshit line of "Gee, if he only TOLD us it was
defamatory, instead of attacking us directly, then we would have pulled the
article.", because you KNEW it was defamatory, you KNEW that it would be
noticed (since your little buddy Hirtes was posting it to the newsgroup that
you also frequent), and you did NOTHING in any way to clear it with its
