There's gay christians so why not furry ones?

I think the furry christians dont like anything but general audience fur art though. Brian McPherson fell in with them for a bit and stoped drawing pr0n for a few months and had no sales so he dropped out.

Strickly reading the bible God said that he gave man dominion over all of the platns and the animals so that means that furrys and smoking pot and cigs is ok according to God.

Well, some Christian furries don't seem to be walking oxymorons, like Stoneth, but that depends on a few things:

A) Them seeing furry as a hobby, not a lifestyle.

B) Them seeing Christianity as a religion, not an excuse to hate gays and arabs (and liberals, and anyone who isn't a WASP, basically).

C) Them having a brain in their head, which, of course, a sizeable number of Christians and furries... do not.

Something awful had a link to this guy's site... he was both furry (of the crazy otherkin "I'm a dragon!" kind), AND fundamentalist christian. But then again, the poor guy had schizoidal personality disorder or that kind of awful disorder.

My furriness is merely an interest in anthropomorphic animals. I'm not a lifestyler nor do I produce lewd art showcasing every fetish known to man, nor do I feel offense when furries are made fun of.

I'm a Christian and I'm a furry. I also moderate a forum that was showcased here a while back called Furrs Fur Christ. It's kind of refreshing as far as furry communities go since it lacks fantardness and lets me know that there are people who can be furry and still have relatively good heads on their shoulders.

I have a furry friend who is a die-hard Christian. He's very down-to-earth and well adjusted. But he's the only TRUE furry Christian I know (other than Stoneth, of course), that isn't a Christian just to pray to god that he/she will be turned into a skunk herm-taur come morning. :?

Yeah, that's the ticket...

I mean, it's like everything has to relate back to their being a furry. Instead of being a furry AND a Christian, furry Christian.

I seem to remember that. Is he the one who asked on a yahoo group if God woud make him a skunkgirl to fuck when he got to heaven? Nice twist on the ol' 70 virgins thing. Oddly, people like that are a fair argument against there being intelligence behind human design.

I think Pikachang is referring to Molatar Seth Pyrargent, who had a now-defunct site "dedicated to spreading the Gospel in the werewolf and furry communities". We had a thread about him last year.
