So I get up to registration
And Merlino's like
"If you're not pre-reg, you have to pay an extra $20, unless you want to do the con-staff some favors."
And I'm like
"Yeah, WHATEVER!!!"
So I check out the dealer's room
And Steve Martin's like
"Hey, dude! Wanna see a naked bunny?"
And I'm like
"Yeah, WHATEVER!!!"
And I'm leaving the dealer's room
And Jim Groat's in the hallway like
"Help me out, man! I had to sell my guns so I could feed my kids, and it's all those damn hippies' fault!"
And I'm like
"Yeah, WHATEVER!!!"
And I'm walking through the hallway
And some guy in a suit sticks a microphone and a news camera in my face
ANd he's like "So what's 'furry' all about?"
And I'm like
"Yeah, WHATEVER!!!"
Cuz this is MY CRUSH-YIFF-DESTROY of WHATEVER!!!

So I'm sitting in the film room watching 'Tarzan'
And Rod O'Reiley's like

And I'm like

Then I'm leaving the film room
And there's Mitch Beiro saying
"Hey, sitck around! I'm gonna show my collection of Minerva toons, and I'm married to her, y'know?"
And I'm like
"Yeah, WHATEVER!!!"
So I check out my newsgroups in the internet room
And Hirtes is posting smack all around
About friggin' everybody
And I'm like
"Yeah, WHATEVER!!!"
I'm finally fed up and hit to hotel bar
And there's Wayd Wolf knockin' back a few
I'm like "Hey, Wayd. How's the wife and kids?"
He's like "Fine."
And I'm like
"That's cool."

I have never heard of the song “united states of whatever”
However usage of the slang “cuz” and “yeah”, does not suit the dignity and gravity of anthems. Instead, let us Sing to the Motherland, home of the free, Bulwark of peoples in brotherhood strong. O Party of Lenin, the strength of the people, To Communism's triumph lead us on!
Also, needless to say, the idea of Name dropping is flawed, since many people, while reviling the bad aspects of these devilish furries, will not have heard of the individuals mentioned.
No offence, but your anthem is far too invidious and does not represent the true transcendent and internationalist qualities of the Crush, Yiff and Destroy movement. |
