Based on a quick google search I performed a few weeks ago, none of this is illegal in this state. Plus I dont think possessing a briefcase full of horse porn is illegal either, and what would they charge him with anyway? And jesus christ I dont want to have to get evidence of this.

I just want dogs not to be raped, honestly. I kind of want my old hangout back but it is futile.

(the ideal solution is for someone to bury him under a concrete patio and find the dog a happy home with some well-behaved small children. Any takers?)

You're going to have to get evidense, even if it's just testimony from witnesses. Bestiality in itself may not be illegal in your state, but a shrill animal rights association can help to get a charge of abuse against him.

Failing that, still get evidence and just pupnap the thing. If he threatens to take you to civil court, just counter-threaten to tell the judge about the abuse.

You have to act, Subversive. Isn't that what you came here for, to get a plan of action?

I say the hell with blackmailing. Hurry karma along a bit and make sure certain people like his boss and/or the police find out about his activities. Just because there's no laws on the books specifically dealing with bestiality doesn't mean the police can't do something to get him to stop. Cops can be very creative in finding excuses to book people.

Now that I'm thinking about it, tip off the police and then inform the media about what a travesty this is, that this sick fuck is raping his innocent dog and that there is nothing that can be legally done about it. Smear his name all over the 6 o'clock news. Even if it doesn't get him to change his habits, it'll sure give him something to think about.

I actually did talk to someone from the county as well as the Humane Society, and was told that basically nothing could be done on rumour and I'd need proof.. This state doesn't have the laws to make anything really happen anyway.

So...... I had to take down the original post, sorry to do that. The situation isn't being ignored, though..
