I don't know if this has been talked about before but I'm posting it anyway. Basically it's 231 pages of a fan-comic centering around a G-rated Gadget fetish. There's nothing dirty in it but it's still abysmal; horrible prose, sappy melodrama and so on. I dare you to read every word.

EDIT: Be sure to read the "about the author" page.

I think we had a thread on this once... or maybe not. At any rate, I actually read that fan comic a year or so ago, and I'm not inclined to do it again. While nothing really horrible goes on in it, it's just creepy never the less what with using those children's cartoon characters as a vehicle for entirely adult considerations. Wrong, wrong, wrong. It's a non-sexual fetish.

I read this comic a long time ago. If anything, it's well drawn.

But I think it's safe to say that anyone over the age of six who has a fixation on Rescue Rangers should seek professional help.

In fact..
It is really wonderful that some furries actually can do something.. even relatively innocent and nice for once, I'm positively surprised with this one

Since I found out furries I belived that no one doesn't love cartoons anymore because they're cool and inspiring, this proved me wrong, and I'm glad.

Or then it might be that my blood sugar is low now *_*

It makes me want to cry that such a tallanted cartoonist drew something this long and ambitious. That can only mean that he does not work as a professional artist otherwise i don't see how he could have time for this trash.

He's a professional keyboardist who's played with some pretty big names. And he's married and has a kid (although his wife "thinks he's nuts." See for yourself: http://www.electricfishmusic.com/232.html

So yeah, huh?

I'll admit - it's really well done, even if it is a bizarre grown man-Gadget love effort. He could be using all that talent elsewhere, but such is life.

Woah, Weird guy in the corner...I was JUST READING this sleeping pill last night. The drawings are pretty good, but the only character that seems to look consistantly good is Gadget. Chip and Dale keep jumping back and forth between human and chipmunk anatomy...
You know, there's something JUST NOT RIGHT about the majority of the Rescue Rangers cult-like fandom. These people take a half-hour long kid's show WAY too seriously. In some cases, it's an ok thing to do. It's only natural to want to add a LITTLE bit of depth to something that was pretty shallow...but to weave intricate plot twists and complex love triangles into a show based around the premise of woodland creatures fending off evil cheese bandits...that's a cry for help.
It's always nice when fans are devoted to something...but alot of these people take it to disturbing levels.
Like Ray Jones.

I saw this last year. It was a nice read, not amazing but not horrible. I just hate the overused of the "Of Mice and Men" title parodies.

I like it myself, but yeah, taking it to Tom Clancy like levels was a bit much. And the whole "Omg Gadget has Chip's DNA so now they can interbreed and shit!" was a bit much, along with the burning focus on her and Chip's relationship, dragged out too, too long, though the wish to give everyone a "Happy end." could be understood.

Still as it was kept mostly, largely smut free, no self-installing of creator's fursona makes it something I'd show others.

Bet Ray Jones can't stand it, after his horrid "Hot Summer Nights." comic.

I remember seeing this a couple years back, and was surprised at how well done it was artwise. Yet it seems creepy that someone bothered to make a more mature themed 200+ page comic based on one of the most insipid, retarded Disney cartoons ever made.

YES.
The show was 'Ok' at best. I don't get what all the fuss is about...all the essays on how the characters were SO COMPLEX...
Well, look on the bright side. The Rescue Rangers fandom has some kickass drama.

A forum for Rescue Rangers fans, that's all fine... But dang, there's a registered user called Gadget Hackwrench - who posts in character. It's supremely creepy when people do that on a non-RP board.

Just when I thought we'd found a Rescue Rangers fan who didn't draw the Rescue Rangers in 'questionable situations'...
THIS turns up on Fchan.
Oh for god's sake.

This comic ranks up there with that pagan Kennedy sex comic and Hitler Vs. Stalin as one of the greatest crazy internet comics of all time.

I like how the author knows how crazy he is. I'm guessing he figured that he'd be OK as long as he can point to massive sprawling disasters like Ray Jones (because really nobody is crazier than RAY FUCKING JONES). Even taking that recent discovery into account.

It's hard to say. He says his "Wife thinks he's nuts".
You know, if Weird Guy In the Corner doesn't mind, I'd like to write a review of this...whaddya say, boys?

No problems here. I'm trying to write an article on ZigZag, which is impossible what with the website still down.
