It's really more like the wolf's legs telescoping the entire time, but no. He zooms towards the camera spinning at one point.

If you sit through to the very end (I suggest you turn your computer's volume all the way down and minimise the browser showing it for a few minutes), it says the music's from Dance Dance Revolution, the leading source of cheesy techno.

It's from Dance Dance Revolution Max 2 (7th Mix). According to the game Waka Laka is by "Jenny Rom Vs Zippers", but it could have been some local stuff made by the Konami artists. Most music for DDR is Konami original songs anyway.

Ah, thanks for the info. I did sit through it to the end, but had no idea what DDR meant (apart from Deutsche Demokratische Republich, which obviously wasn't the correct answer). I had "Waka Laka" stuck in my head for half of Monday, until I erased it by listening to "Magical Trevor" four times in a row.

Oh my word this tune is annoying, yes I know it's really annoying, I can't get this song out of my head...

That was amazing. The best part is when the wolf thing starts leaping onto its hands in a breakdancing fashion and defies all known laws of perspective in the process.
