Like, she's got a certain fruitcake on her case at the moment (who once trolled our original forum) and I'm strongly tempted to email her some background on his bizarre past behaviour if only to piss all over his creepy schemes.

Teasing Kimmy seems kind of unsportsmanlike, rather like shooting fish in a barrel, but I think having a spy on the inside would provide some invaluable insight into how KAK's mind works. I've often wondered what sort of alien logic she follows.

Oh, she's hilarious and always will be. It was the incessant stalking and archiving of every word she posted that got to be tedious, after a time. Also, when the Wintermist forum grew over about 8,000 posts, no one could find anything amidst the noise so things were getting re-posted eight or ten times, in some cases.

I would argue against anyone joining the Furry Art Police; since there are no members and only one post to the group (made by KAK herself last March) she'd know something was up. Let sleeping dosgs lie.

The whole "Furry Art Police" concept is funny, as John Keel's site had a bunch of examples of "art theft" done by KAK herself (always in imitation of Ms. Miles), not to mention KAK "yiff art" -- the infamous "cherry popping" incident. I still have a copy of that around here, someplace.

It did eventually become an annoying trainwreck, yes, but it was more of a self-fulfilling prophecy than an actual trend. What started to make me think that PoE was overreacting was when Jockojones did all these great KAK cartoons and then wiped them off the face of the internet the first time a furry linked to one of them. I know that having your stuff liked by furries isn't a particularly nice feeling but jesus man, show some courage!

After he quit it all started going downhill really fast and I suspect that certain individuals turned to ruining the fun for everyone else after they were no longer amused by Keister and her antics.

I'm inclined to agree. At the very least, leave the spying to the professionals if or when any messages get posted.

Speaking of Keel, I do know his secret identity. Since it's now way over a year or two since anyone gave a shit I feel safe giving out that one limited bit of information, but no names yet. Possibly for years to come if ever.

John Keel was a completely fabricated character and the posts came from more than one person. KAKAS was a VERY small group, however. It formed completely independent of Portal Of Evil's interests and it dissipated very quickly after the site was pulled. Granted, that's nothing really new but having talked with the people who were behind the Keel mystique I guess you could call it a direct confirmation.

Sadly, no. Wish I did. All I meant was that I have a copy of the "cherry popping" KAK yiff pic -- the one got her booted from livejournal, and exactly the sort of thing she rails against. Some of the chat logs and such on Keel's site were pure gold. I've got a few, but many of the meatiest are now lost for all time.
