If my info is correct, the Big Finale cartoon makes it's debut that tomorrow. From what I heard, it's as gentle on certain furries as a turpentine enema.

ive come to the conclusion that all this stuff he is doing it is solely an attack on how many furry fans have no tact or common sense
thats about it
because shawn keller himself has participated in almost all the stuff he makes fun of
he just doesnt get 'in your face' about it
hes always been pretty low key about what he does in private
the info is out there but there aint much

which i have said before i have tons of respect for that
i think his artwork is really great too
he has another regular comic that is going to come out at some point and i am interested in getting that as soon as it does

just keep in mind that shawn IS a furry or at least WAS and has been for a very long time

he just doesnt have a home page devoted to it ,
doesnt upload pictures to the internet of it
or do it in the hotel lobby at a con

i think he got tired of the bad press and stupid people and well.. started lashing out

he may still be a furry, who knows, its hard to tell
i emailed him and he answered some questions and told me a bunch of stuff i didnt ask
and never wrote back to my second email requesting clarification

I watched those cartoons at furryfans.com, and man, right now, I am laughing like Eric Cartman, outa breath, tearing up, and in pain from the lack of oxygen.

God, it's magical the way he bashes them. I though www.purplepussy.net was doing the outstanding, but man, this does take the cake.

Yeah, yeah, i know that there are normal furries out there and blah blah blah... but really, that was some fucking funny shit. Although I dont know personally any psycho furry fans, I have seen pictures here and there, and i must say, when fans go that crazy, (not just furry fans now that i think of it... brittany spears fans could be another example) stuff like that (the blackberry thing for example) is INEVITABLY going to show up.

Although, the occurence of fanatics in the world of furrydom is disturbingly high, something like 88% of people who like anthro art turn out to be spooky (and very creepy) fanatics.

Maybe it's because the new cartoon took ten million years to download, but for some reason Keller's been losing the funny for me. He's been hovering over the same "make fun of people who claimed to invent cartoon character X although it's hard to confirm they made such a claim" joke for over a year and it's losing it's shine. Also note the fact that most of his caricatures are missing the element that makes real-life furries so creepy: the sated, happy blank stare.

Oh, and the DBZ thing. I keep hoping he'll make fun of Manawolf's newfound conversion into a Dragonball yaoi freak, but sadly that isn't happening. It's like he's run out of steam or something, or the fact that he's about to lose his job is really taking it's toll on the poor guy.

i think a lot of it is that shawn is trying to keep it on a PG-13 and under level and always has been

he's takin the 'high road' and thats fine by me

i thought the new cartoons were funny as hell
and very well drawn and animated compared to the usual flash-shit you see out there
for for the most part very smoth motion other thana few parts
(i think is part of the reason for the large size, more frames altogether and it moves thru them faster)

I think shawn can draw very well, much better then me, there are pages that he draws danny (from the cartoonmovie cat's don't dance) you can find art of him drawing the lion king, he can draw... and that disney is putting him away is a shame, a deep shame...
