i just want to know for sure, is this forum anti furry or por furry or is it both mix in to one.

if it's a mix of the two, whats your opinion of the furry fandom just want to know.

my views of it is most of the furry comunitiy sucks imo, except for some of the artwork i've seen.

i dont like speaking for everyone else

but to save you a huge headache

heres some things ive found out

theres 2 million defintions for furry
who the fuck knows what it really means
sometimes the word starts flamewars

there all kinds of furries
so who knows what your talking about the community
the community is a confused convoluted mess
ive never seen anything like it

my opinion of furry changes hourly
it depends on what the last thing i saw/heard/read was

dont feel too bad if your confused, on one of those '20 years from now' threads
i had to ask what the fuck everyone was talkin about and started confirming definitions being used
and that was just a few days ago ...maybe it was yesterday
and i been here since july sometime

furry has a very long complex history in the past 25 years since its beginnings, ive spent almost a full year reading about it and stuff gets brought up that i have no idea about

theres more than just anti-furries and pro-furries also

theres a bunch of ex-furries here
some anti furries
some current furries
who knows who else

i dont know if i am a furry or not
seriously...not a fucking clue
if a label can mean *anything* does it really ever truly apply to anyone?

i really stopped worrying about it (sort of)
i just post wherever and if i butt heads with people so be it

all i know is i have a strong interest in the anthropomorphic art style (comic strip) ...and fuck labels
im just gonna go where ever the art is
or wherever there are people i wanna talk to , thats why im here

but if you like anthroanimal art and you look into the past of furry fandom, there was a point in time where it really was something amazing

As to what side this forum takes, what's your perception of it? It doesn't have a defined direction - it's all down to what views are expressed in it by the posters, and for what it's worth we've had some people defending the honour of furry in it and taking us to task over various things. As far as I'm concerned, even though it's technically a moderated forum, people can discuss whatever they like, I haven't scrubbed any posts for being off-topic or offensive - yet. Hopefully it works out as a mix of both attitudes, pro- and anti-.

For myself, I like some of the artwork, but I dislike most of the pure craziness that is labelled as "Furry". Well, not so much "dislike" as "find ridiculous". So I suppose that makes me an hateful anti-furry.

I'm fairly sure a lot of the other regulars feel the same way - they like stuff that could be called "furry" but they don't have much time for the fandom as a whole.
