i thought people would have learned by now that midi music on sites is a terrible thing to do

i mean there might be certain circumstances where its ok - but not many
im having trouble thinking of them

nowadays you can just load actual music into a flash file if you want
(its actually cool when people do this)

not some horrible midi reproduction

Puh-leeze, Kim is a HILARIOUS INTARWEB KOOK, yes, but she doesn't have much to do with Furry. She's just this plain-looking woman with learning difficulties and anger-management problems who's obsessed with Siberian Huskies and convincing everyone shes a FAMOUSE ARTISTE.

And what's with this site ignoring truly freaky and truly furry stuff like dog-screwing and fursuiting and pissing on plushies that I expected to find detailed in lip-smacking glee? Shit, the furs have you down as TEH HATE SITE so you might as well live up to the rep.

Therein lies the interesting point. The more depraved aspects of furries are horrifying, but not really surprising once you've read a few magazine pieces or CYD entries. Furries have fursuit-aided gay orgies at conventions? Heard it. Furries pen fetish-laced crossover fiction about Road Rovers and Balto 2: Wolf Quest? Yeah, they probably do. Some furries screw stuffed animals? Yup, that's what the Vanity Fair article said. There are furry artists who repeatedly post incoherent screeds about how yiff art leads to child molestation and terrorism? Now that's something I hadn't heard of.

Not that I don't take a train-wreck interest in the disturbing elements of furry fandom, but it's also fun to learn about those who rail against a bizarre sub-culture in equally bizarre ways.

I dunno. Maybe "Furry's Ten Most Wanted" wouldn't be a bad spot to insert a profile on Keister and some other loons.

of a story

a co-worker told me about
you can kind of take it as a parable
of why you shouldnt shit-talk about your stuff, how good it is, how awesome you are etc

back in the 70's in Buffalo, there was a radio station , The Whistle, i dont know the call letters , mightve been WSTL
Anyway they had a kind of promotional thing this one week,
they had a drag car for the station,
it was a real nice car and they were gonna race it that weekend
'The Whistle Missile"

i think it was a 1970 Olds 4-4-2 W-30

anyway this one DJ there was gonna be the one driving it ,

ALL WEEK LONG, he just wouldnt shut up about how "no one can beat the whistle missle" , eggin callers on, etc etc
then race day comes
and hes not a drag racer so hes nervous, and he pulls up to the line and overshoots it, so he has to back up
finally he is in place,
the tree goes and he mashes it
and guess what he forgot to do

the car went flying back at about 30-40 mph crashing into the guy in line behind and fucked up both cars

he was a cool guy (so im told)
but he talked so much shit,
and then blew it so incredibly,
do you think he ever lived that down ?
my friend told me people would still mention it to him even up until the station finally shut down

thats why whenever i read anything like whats on Keister's page ,

i think

i dont know how you classify dog-screwing as "truly furry"

its not being ignored as much as its just not happening
at least i dont think its happening with any greater frequency than it is the general population

supposedly Quozl at one time admitted he finger-fucked his cat
im sure he did, but no one can find the post

also im not sure on this one but i think most furries definition of "zoophile" is different than what you probably think it is....in some cases it might not be ..

also remember there has been at least one guy that said he was into bestiality then when the cops got called on him they found out he didnt even have a dog

so ...thats the real reality in furry,
acceptance to such ridiculous , insane extremes it defies logic

also you should read much of what wayd has said here,
yiffing is all talk, and most of these guys would run away given the chance to actually fuck

Kim'll go with any community that'll take her, I'll give you that. However, she's pegged as a furry because:

• That's where she was discovered.
• It's the community she's most active in and keeps coming back to.
• The label sticks harder than superglue.
