You have to understand .. for some odd reason Jerry's characatures of Eric Schwartz from like LAST YEAR threw Shawntae thru a loop. Shawntae still has not recovered from this for some reason.

Also of note is how Howard has never attacked anyone other than Jerry for this sort of thing.

I can never look at extinctioners the same since you had some characters betting for sex over a sparing match in that one issue of Rare Breed.

I can understand one furry character feeling up another furry characters' titties.. that I can understand... but if its a kangaroo - why drag 'pouch titties' into the mix? why? :(

Hey fair enough and I actually agree. The Rare Breed submission was crap. I don't like doing adult comics, but a friend asked me since he was starting a new comic up and needed some submissions, so I did it. Frankly, even I think it sucked and no, I didn't use Extincitoners characters in it.

But as for Collins, I've moved well beyond the crappy pictures he did of Schwartz, my continued nit pic is the fact he continued to submit his crap to comics I bought, which, after reading them once I gave up my money I felt like I just lite 3 bucks on fire.

Even my crappiest of work beats his anyday and yeah, I rarely say that about my work in comparison to another artist's.

So you can make cracks at the Rare Breed story all you want, cause it deserves it. I didn't like doing it then and I frankly wish I hadn't cause it was much below the quality of what I normally like to do.

No relation. Ebony Leopard was just a different way of saying black panther which, actually was a nickname I got while working as an R.A. in college when I went and did my patrol duties, since back then, I had a habit of wearing all black.

You're work, far as I have seen has been a hell of a lot less imaginitive than Jerry's thats for fucking sure. I mean wow, you have these different types of animals that happen to have super powers just like the X-Men. And you do lots of cameos too, dont you?

The fact that those characters in Rare Breed weren't from Extinctioners is even more funny. What? You couldnt come up with anything else for a goddamn porn story? Its porn, its not that difficult.

Why didnt you just make a script with 2 characters that just get to the fuckin and get to the point rather than try to make it "interesting" and wind up writing the only boring character you are capable of ? Are you that stuck on the idea of furry superheroes? Its really not that original and its really not that good either.

I ran it through the univeral translator, and the damn thing blew up. The whole necropost aspect of it probably didn't help its processors, either.

Um, Howard? Are you aware that Jerry has been drawing anthropomorphic art long before you probably were even "soup in yer momma's crotch"? Had it not been for the likes of Jerry Collins and the efforts of those like him back in the days of "Vootie", there wouldn't even BE a "furry fandom" at all, let alone one that corroded into the dark circus that it has become now. God only knows that founders like Jer would have wished that the fandom didn't become the fandumb, but there were just too many freaks skittering out from the woodwork.

Of all the people on CYD who can attest to the fact that furry fandom today is not like the way the fandom once was or had been intended, Jerry Collins is one of the few still around who can testify to that fact.

As for the quality of his art, I guess that means that other underground artists like Robert Crumb also meet with your disapproval too because of it's crudeness.
