As far as I can tell, it's about a bunch of stupid-looking fantasy creatures. There's lame fighting, awful comedy, and sickening melodrama. In other words, it's like every other furry comic. The "story" is about a vampire trying to get at the "Tree of the World," or some shit. I don't want to look at it again because it's fucking awful.

I read all of what's up just because I wanted to see why the hell it features a tree called Yggdrasil and I still don't know. What I think is strange is that there apparently are animals associated with the tree, but do the animals in the comic have nothing to do with the mythical animals. And how about that fruit that grants super powers? :roll:

Since the Tree of Life is a common theme in many religions, I don't understand why that one is called Yggdrasil but I know better than to think about it too much so that will be all. ;)

Ooof. I've got a suggestion/article idea as well. There's already been a series of articles on various personalities, and trading cards whose in-jokes I don't get, but google and Wikipedia are both giving me false matches. Either that, or I'm going to have very strange mental images.

For those of us fortunate enough to be naive of the fandumb, or at the very least, feign ignorance, the 'Quick and easy guide and cliff notes of who these people are so you don't have to claw your eyes out googling for them and finding their VCL archive first' would be of interest, perhaps a few quick links, the usual interesting comment, and such.

I know this stuff takes work and research, but but until then, I'll have to guess (Oh, pick a song at random!) Take It To The Head is about some muck room or something. :P
