All the articles posted up the front were being changed to read things like "Furry is shit!" and "SA goonz pwn Fuzzy n00bs" or some other such thing.

I watched it for a while. Then suddenly it was all correct again.

If you weren't looking at that moment, you'd have missed it.

So is this a casualty in the great internet war that is eBaum's horder vs the Goons or just an isolated incident? Wikifur is no stranger to stuff like this. They were hit bt /b/tards and ytmnd.com users before both using self promotion.

Greenreaper is just a peacenik kinda guy, and they haven't been hit hard. Since it's damn eeasy to roll back wikis and all. Heh, I'm still waiting to see if he ever contributes to ED... He joined them.

About the eBaums crap, it isn't anything new. eBaums is well known for taking all of their content from other sites.

Stupid people have decided to wage a "war," but it isn't worth paying attention to. It's little more than a delusion of certain members of the named websites. SomethingAwful did have one "attack," and have brought the eBaums forum down, as well as forced them to use different security methods. That was the only "official" thing as far as I know.

About the 'Wikifur hacked by SA' thing, it is against the rules at the SA forums to attack other websites in the name of SA unless prompted by the mods, which has not been done. So if the people who did it are from the forums, their IPs will be noted and they will be permabanned.

I figure it's someone using the name to get the furries riled up.

I am ashamed that I know this much.

Sounds like when TARC (the Anti Rayman Campaign) lauched an 'attack' on the raymanzone forums, and in revenge a tonne of angry rayman fankids hacked TARC headquarters to death

It was hysterical just to sit back and watch...and what did the Ubisoft admin do? NOTHING...because it was a WASTE OF ENERGY
