It's been my experience on the relatively few forums I've vistited, that people who ask for custom titles tend to be put on the "THIS PERSON WILL NEVER GET A TITLE...EVER" It's always seemed like something that's given for being unique and interesting...or at least exceptionally odd. If I were a forum admin I'd have to resist the urge to give people who ask for titles monikers like "Penis for Breakfast!!!11!one" =D
