Apparently is very old, but I found the thing so stupid that I couldn't help writing a rebuttal.
I'm a mediocre writer and my english is poor, so I appreciate any criticism:

Very nice. You pointed out what was wrong with his essay and backed it up instead of saying "hes a fagot an he suks."

I found the comments from the NAMBLA website more disturbing than anything Manawolf has to say.

I used to have a friend .. he was a real asshole, that was his 'thing' - then one day to be an even bigger asshole, he decided it was "bad karma" to actually say these things he would say about people.. so instead of saying negative things, he'd just say non-postive things like "wow, that girl is... not skinny"

I say it works !

a) I've eatten at a Denny's once in my life and that's because I was on travel and needed to eat something at 3AM. It was either that or a 7-11 hot dog that had been on the rack since noon. I didn't want to die on the trip.

b) What the fuck is it with you Cali people not having any damned taste in food? Fuddruckers blastes In N' Out out of the water. In N' Out is, at best, a bad pre-Carl's Jr Hardees. And since Carl's Jr bought Hardee's out and made their menu halfway decent, that's not saying much.

We have two new In'N'Out locations in this city. And the college kids are going fucking crazy over them. You know what? Krispy Kreme doesn't make the best donuts, Starbucks doesn't sell the best coffee, and In'N'Out is just another fucking burger joint. THANKS FOR BUYING INTO THE ADVERTISING, KIDS, WE ALL NEED MORE CORPORATE SHILLS.

Back on topic: awesome, fight the furries with logic they'll never understand. Maybe this article combined with head trauma, strong drugs, or a mental breakdown could help 'em along the path to becoming useful members of society.

I've never even heard of In N' Out. I've been to Denny's alot, and it almost always makes me ill. I've never seen furries in there, but I have seen crossdressers and Ren Fair people there before.
