Kevin Lauer (SEEN RIGHT HERE BUDDAY: http://www.kevinlauer.com) loves Jesus. He loves Jesus and loves the Iraq War and hates gay sex so much that just singing about it wasn't enough.

So he decided to make "Polyticks", a MSpaint+photograph religious political cartoon that is so laughably awful that if it doesn't turn out to be a hoax I will just DIE.

Just seeing that site makes me want to vote Kerry, go Satanist, and start listening to death metal, and I'm a conservative agnostic.

The downside to affiliating yourself with any political alignment is like the downside of being born into a family where one of your cousins has a bad case of Downs. Sure, he can't help himself, but you still feel embarassed as all hell when you have to take him to the theater and he shits himself in front of your friends.

Same, sort of. I found this through another religious comic called Faithmouse (people from SA or PoE will know all about this one) which I actually think is pretty easy on the eyes and fails to offend me very often even though I only occasionally agree with any point the cartoon is trying to make.

Sane Christians would find things like this embarassing, I'd think.

I was pretty close to the stage, but not that close... though, to be honest, nowhere in the Middle East is exactly far, considering the upstairs is a closet.
