Damn... that's seriously creepy.

The specimen at Ledford's door was going on about an anime TV show called Neon Genesis Evangelion, a series about humans fighting an alien invasion. He had a problem with the ending. "I don't like the direction you went in and I want you to go back and fix it," he demanded.

Once again, I'm reminded that fan is short for fanatic.

Holidays are here, you could always egg some carolers, shovel snow into your neighbors' yard, send a relative a pink buuny suit as a present, good stuff that comes but once a year!

Seriously, while 90% of the place annoys the hell out of me, there are generally a few of them that provide much more laughs than crying.

That, and there are a handful of intelligent minds there.

Then again, I only check them at best once a week.

I figure, keep the nooblets happy with bumpable gold farming threads in the chatterbox, and they'll think good of me before I run their 80 IQ minds into the gutter with what I would consider average debate.

And again, the few brains on the site do love me.

Then again, as I said before, it's for comedy.

Gaia is a goldmine for anyone who enjoys drama. Just get involved with the 'Breedable/Changing Pets' crowd (under Mini Shops), and the drama comes to you. I spent a good amount of time into that sort of thing, and the people who populate it are professional dramaqueens. I don't think it's completely a coincidence that 'anthro' pets are so popular.

Much like furries, the trues lolz comes from stepping back and realizing just what they're drama-ing about.

So then he really wasn't an otaku or else he'd know that Ledford didn't create NGE (which I am proud to say I found to be a dreadful piece of horseshit which centered on a severely sexually confused closet misogynist of the sort who usually becomes a serial killer of college coeds if they live that long but I digress) and instead would have travelled to Japan where they'd have imprisoned him indefinitely before returning him to the US as an undesireable. THEN the comedy would be there. As it is, it's simply garden variety creepy.
