Introducing The 3rd Rail Furrs (sic), a "clean up the fandom" crew (as far as I can make out) with the dizziest "manifesto" I've seen in a long while.

ARE YOU:

...tired of you and your friends taking a bad rap just for being into anthropomorphic characters or funny animals?

...upset that you can't tell anyone about your inoffensive interest in anthropomorphic characters or funny animals for fear of being taken for a pervert?

...annoyed that a harmless fandom revolving around these things has been hijacked and turned into a byword for idiotic kinksters and their infantile behavior?

...hoping that someone, somewhere will blow the whistle on the antics of the so-called "furry fandom" and turn their stone over?

...THEN JOIN US!

So far so laudable, BUT... I detect some ~~toys in the attic~~ issues:

We won't give up with the job half done! And we aren't 60% bitter twisted losers and Bible-bashing nutbags and alcoholic pinkos and ball-breaking bitches either so we will stay the course no matter what stupid threats get hurled our way.

Looks just like the Burned Furs (even with the black paw logo with a bolt in lieu of a flame) only stupider.

So they're a movement of anonymous furries sick of the fandom's image but they're not going to do anything and proudly state that? Sounds a little bit like us only without a sense of humor.

Well in my humble opinion the quantity of good drama was running out, so I welcome this new development with open arms! :)

Seriously though, one reason I stick around here is just to gawk when all hell breaks loose. I should probably get a hobby.

And "we know everything" is relatively true. All you need is Google search, Google newsgroups and the Wayback machine, since most furries have left a well-indexed trail of shame behind them. The group can identify and dig up the most henious of the lot for pointing and laughing and execution or whatever they have planned very easily.

Since furry is a life lived almost entirely online, there's all kinds of juicy bits laying around just waiting to be collected and the worst examples showcased. If they start really calling people out, it'll be spectacular reading. :)
